Experts in expert networks usually need to wait for an associate to reach out to them when their experience matches a project.
With Arbolus, you can now be more proactive. As a member of the Rewards Programme, you can discover Suggested Projects directly in your account and apply to opportunities that match your experience.
When you apply, an Arbolus associate will review your profile against the project requirements. If they think you are a strong fit, your application will be fast-tracked, and your profile will be presented to the client.

Who can access Suggested Projects?
Suggested Projects are available to experts who are part of the Arbolus Rewards Programme. Everyone can join.
The Rewards Programme uses your experience with software to help us identify and match you with relevant projects. To join, you need to review at least 5 software tools that you currently use as a customer. You can continue reviewing software after joining the programme. The more relevant software experience you share, the more opportunities we can identify for you.

How do I join the Rewards Programme?
First, you need to be an Arbolus member. Creating an account is free and only requires an email address, a password and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Once your account is created, click on one of the options to join the Rewards Programme and start reviewing software. You will need to review at least 5 software tools before joining the programme. Once you have completed these reviews, simply confirm your participation.
Participating in the Rewards Programme gives you many benefits, among which the possibility to earn every time a client reads your review, as well as proactively applying to projects.

What software should I review?
Focus on software that you currently use as a customer and know well.
The most valuable reviews are typically for software that you:

• Open every day as part of your work

• Use regularly for your own or your team’s workflows

• Rely on to address a specific business need

• Have recent, hands-on experience with

It is important that your experience is current. Former customers and people who have only used a software during a trial are unlikely to be matched with relevant projects.
Similarly, experience with very large and widely used software companies such as Microsoft, Google or Amazon is less likely to lead to project opportunities on its own. Instead, focus on the specific software you use regularly and know well in your current role.
Your software experience helps us understand your expertise and identify projects where your experience could be relevant.

How do I find and apply to projects?
Once you are part of the Rewards Programme, go to your Engagements page.
You will see the Suggested Projects section, where you can discover opportunities that may be relevant to your experience.
It may take some time before projects appear. The section is updated daily, so keep coming back to see if new opportunities are available.
When you find a project that looks like a good fit, click Apply.
You will need to complete our compliance training and validate your LinkedIn profile before you can apply to projects. (Additional verification may be required depending on the client commissioning the project.)
An Arbolus associate will review your Project Application/s. If your profile is a strong fit for the project/s, we will fast-track your application and present you to the client.
This gives you a new way to proactively put yourself forward for projects instead of waiting to be contacted.

I am not a fit; what else can I do?
If you know someone who could be a great fit for a project, you can refer them to Arbolus. If your referral completes a client call, you earn $100.

How can I increase my chances of being matched?
Keep reviewing software that you currently use and know well. You only need 5 reviews to join the Rewards Programme, but you can continue reviewing additional software after joining.
The more relevant and current software experience you share, the more opportunities we can identify and suggest to you.
You also earn whenever a client views one of your software reviews.
