ArbolusCanopy is a video insights tool that allows you to get key qualitative data from multiple experts, without having to schedule calls.

You submit your set of qualitative open-ended questions on the Arbolus platform.
Our global client team sources experts and invites them to participate.
Experts record concise, up to 5-minute video answers and submit them to our platform.
You get notified when answers are published.
You watch, listen to, and read transcripts whenever you can.

How can I launch ArbolusCanopy?
ArbolusCanopy has to be linked to an active project. If you don’t have a live project, submit a project brief first so our global client service team can kick off the expert search as soon as possible (or get in touch with us to set up your project for you).
Log in to your Arbolus account
Click on “Projects” in the left-hand navigation and select the project you would like to launch a Canopy for.
Scroll down to ArbolusCanopy panel and click on “Create a Canopy”
Add a name and briefly describe your goals and any relevant details
Select the Canopy type. You can add your questions from scratch, use a template or generate questions through the AI feature
In “Attachements”, add any documents you think could be helpful to anyone responding to your questions.
Select the "Questions" tab and Click “Add" to add a new question
Select the question type and select the answer preferences based on type sleected
Click “Launch your Canopy” and get on with your day. We’ll let you know once the first answers are submitted. 🚀
What kind of questions should I ask?
You should only ask qualitative, open-ended questions that allow experts to elaborate on the topic and give clear explanations.
ArbolusCanopy is not suitable for high volumes of multiple-choice or quantitative questions. It’s geared completely towards qualitative expert insights.
There is no limit to the number of questions, however, it works best if you submit up to 10.
When you’re adding your questions, you will see two fields:
Question - add your main question here.
Details - add a sub-question to guide experts and help them provide more detailed answers.
What happens after I launch ArbolusCanopy?
Our global client service team sources experts and invites them to contribute to your Canopy.
Once the answers are submitted, you will receive a notification, so you can review video answers and share transcripts with your team.
You can watch videos at any time, on your phone, laptop, or tablet.
How soon will I get responses to my questions?
We start sourcing experts for your Canopy as soon as we receive the brief.
Once we've screened the expert, assuming they're a good fit for the project, we'll share a link for them to record their answers.
This streamlined service means you get insights quicker than on a traditional call.
On average, we deliver the first expert insights within 24hrs.
Are answers transcribed?
Yes, all ArbolusCanopy videos are transcribed using AI natural language processing in seconds and reviewed by a human team to ensure the highest quality.
Can I still call experts?
Yes, ArbolusCanopy does not replace calls. We still believe that in-depth knowledge requires face-to-face conversations that allow asking all the whys.

In fact, ArbolusCanopy makes it easier to engage with each respondent further, as you can access their full profiles and request a follow-up call in seconds. By reviewing their short video answers to your questions, you can get a preview of their expertise, and only progress with calls that will bring the most value.
How much does it cost?
We charge per respondent and a licensing fee.

How do I control spending/ set a budget?
You are charged for each expert response you get. So all you need to do is let us know the number of responses you want to receive.
How is the expert quality ensured?
