A HealthTech startup developing a new platform for cardiology clinics in the US wanted to quickly understand how the needs differ across the market, to help validate and refine their product strategy and positioning. To achieve this, the company wanted to engage with and gather insights directly from a diverse group of physicians and clinical managers.

Conducting a large number of traditional 1h expert interviews would have been time-consuming and costly.
